Cassie Harrell
Title: Associate Head Coach (3rd Season)

Cassie Harrell begins her third season with the Bulldogs, and second year in the role of Associate Head Coach.

"Cassie handling the infield has been instrumental for us defensively.  We had the best defense in Region X and an infielder was Region Player of the Year.  That has a lot to do with the leadership and knowledge Cassie brings to our team. I'm excited to have her take on more responsibility this year." - Coach Harp

Harrell graduated from Newberry College in 2016 where she received her B.S. in Sports Management and Leisure Services along with a Minor in Coaching. She was an active member of the softball team for 2 years, receiving All – SAC Tournament team honors. Prior to Newberry, Harrell also was a member of the Pitt Community College Softball Team in 2012-2014. While at PCC, she helped lead the team to the NJCAA World Series in 2014, in St. George, Utah, earning All-Conference team and All-Tournament team awards.

Cassie Harrell is the daughter of David and Sandy Harrell, along with brother, Justin Harrell, currently resides in Williamston, North Carolina.
