LaFollette's Walkoff Home Run Lifts Bulldogs past Hurricanes

Austin LaFollette had a day to remember on Tuesday night, belting two home runs including a walkoff in the bottom of the 9th on the first pitch of the inning.  Trent Seibert got the start on the mound for the Bulldogs, working four scoreless innings before giving way to Kyle Davis in the 5th.  Davis was replaced by Walker Jones, who did an excellent job keeping the Bulldogs in the game.  John Owen earned the win working a clean 8th inning.  Pitt trailed 5-1 in the 6th before pushing across 3 runs capped off by a Mason Pickard RBI single.  The Dawgs took the lead in the 7th thanks to a 2 run home run from Austin LaFollette.  The Hurricanes responded in the 8th to tie the game at 7-7 before LaFollette ended the game on the first pitch of the bottom of the 9th sealing an 8-7 victory.
